Planned to see Lawrence major attractions and it was great base for visiting all of them. Thoroughly enjoyed cereal and pastries at breakfast. We had a really great stay at this low-budget hotel.

It was good price value, exquisite and luxury room. Breakfast was free and the staff was always available. The hotel was neat and the amazing beach set near the property. Excellent service during my terrific stay.

I appreciated the service-oriented staff and complimentary breakfasts. Fantastic view, a big balcony, good bed, too. An ideal base for overnight stay in Lawrence. Excellent facilities and the pool was excellent.

Coffee bar and staff was great. Room was good value. The bar had good meals for breakfast. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to chipotle mexican grill couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. The best 3 stars experience compared to other hotels.
